A bird walk for younger birders and any parents who want to attend! The walk will last from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (NSAS Event)

Description: Kennedy Park is Napa’s largest community park, covering approximately 200 acres. There are excellent views of the Napa River, and large fields that attract a variety of bird life. Here we will seek out a variety of raptors such as the White-tailed Kite. There is good opportunity to compare gulls and possibly see Common Mergansers!
Directions: From the 221 Northbound, turn left on Streblow Ave., go past Napa Valley College, and stay on Streblow for 1.1 miles. Follow the road past the Napa Golf Course. Make a left at the fork and follow Streblow to the last parking lot directly next to the Napa Skate Park. Meet at the southwest corner of the parking lot.
