Event: The 28th San Francisco Bay Flyway FestivalDate: Friday February 10, 2023Birds and people will flock to Mare Island in Vallejo, California, to celebrate what has become a special annual ritual each winter: the San Francisco Bay Flyway Festival. The three-day event celebrates the return of over one million shorebirds and hundreds of thousands of ducks, geese, hawks, and songbirds that migrate through or winter in the San Francisco Bay Area.
