Event: Junior Audubon Walk - Alston Park Family friendly event

Date: Saturday February 20, 2016

Time: 8:00 AM

A bird walk at Alston Park for younger birders and any parents who want to attend! (NSAS Event)

Details:

This large open park has many trails that wind through grassy hills and patches of brush. It’s a great location to observe wintering sparrows, Say’s Phoebes and other open land birds. Leaders from the Audubon Society will provide binoculars and field guides.

Directions:

From downtown Napa, head north on Highway 29. After about 2.5 miles, take a left on Trower Avenue. Drive one mile to Dry Creek Road, take a right and go another half mile. We will meet at the north parking lot on the left side of the road (not the dog park side).
